Introduction :

3F swabhimaan foundation has been involved in various developmental activities in and around of tadepalligudem based on the needs of the community.

We have conducted training program on beautician course for women group under income generation program with an objective of sustain them as their own economically.

The objective of the program :

To create income generation to the women
To train them in professionally and help to establish their own shop
To sustain the women economically as their own

Result :

post training the beneficiaries were felt very happy as they have increased their confidence levels and assured that after getting some practical experience by working at local parlour can establish their own shop and expressed thanks to the donor and trainer.
