Introduction :
3F swabhimaan foundation has been involved in various developmental activities in and around of tadepalligudem based on the needs of the community.
We have identified through our survey that so many children (below 12 years) are suffering with heart problems and due to financial problems the parents are unable to undergo for heart surgery eventually so many little children lost their lives. To curb this problem we tied up with Star hospital Hyderabad and also with Hrudaya A little heart foundation (promoted by Star hospitals) and identifying the needy children those are required of heart surgeries and through conducting camp and referring the needy children to Star hospital, Hyderabad and surgery was done at their only.

The objective of the program :
- To create awareness of the parents on heart problems of children and alert them for early awaken on the issue.
- To provide the quality treatment for the poor children those who are unable to afford for the heart surgeries.
Results:
we have initiated this program in the month of October, 2021 and till now conducted 15 heart surgeries. It is ongoing activity and will continue further too.
